Having kicked off your week working from home, you enter the office and the atmosphere is focused yet relaxed…. you’re here to make things happen!
Your first task?.... Reviewing tender returns for a multi-million-pound townhouse project, making sure every line item aligns with the quality and value your clients expect.
Mid-morning, you’re in conversation with a contractor, asking the right questions about programme and delivery, and making sure they understand the level of finish required.
In the afternoon, you’re chairing a progress meeting on another live scheme. The conversation flows between budget, programme and buildability, with you keeping everyone aligned and gently steering the client away from changes that could derail the timeline.
This role is for someone who…
• Has delivered high-end (or prime) residential projects in London and understands the detail, pace and client expectations that come with this sector.
• Brings experience from either a QS or architectural background but with a strong track record of managing projects from tender to completion.
• Can confidently manage programmes, budgets and teams… and knows when to push back and when to adapt.
• Combines technical expertise with emotional intelligence, building trust with clients while protecting the project’s objectives.
• Thrives on problem-solving and enjoys being closely involved in the process of creating exceptional buildings.
