About the role
We’re looking for a proactive Business Support Officer to join our well-established SEND Outreach Service. You will provide administrative support to specialist teams and act as the first point of contact for colleagues, families and external partners, helping us deliver high-quality services.
Key responsibilities
* Act as first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
* Take accurate minutes at meetings and circulate to relevant stakeholders
* Maintain systems, records and folders
* Manage email, post and telephone queries in a professional and timely manner
* Support key business processes across the service
Skills and experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks and work on your own initiative
* Good IT skills and confident using multiple systems at the same time
* Minute-taking experience (desirable)
