You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality personal and administrative support, enabling senior leaders to focus on operational and strategic priorities. The role involves managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings at local, regional and national levels, preparing and handling sensitive documentation, and acting as a key point of contact between senior officers and internal and external partners. You will be expected to anticipate requirements, manage competing priorities, and provide calm, efficient support in a fast‑paced, confidential environment.

* Coordination of meetings, briefings, and governance activity, including preparation of agendas and papers
* Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Liaison with senior stakeholders, police forces, partners, and external organisations

About You
You will be an experienced PA or senior administrator, confident working with executive leaders and senior stakeholders. You will be highly organised, adaptable and able to manage pressure and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, professionalism, resilience and a high level of integrity are essential. Experience working in policing, emergency services or a similarly complex organisation would be advantageous but is not essential.
