Job Description
Main Purpose of the Role: To ensure that all Field View Processes are recorded and filed correctly. To ensure that all information is distributed in accordance with the PMP and general project requirements and timeframes.
* Act as McConnells contact for all Field View related issues.
* Ensure that all information is recorded and retained on the central electronic document management system (Field View).
* Review and control of Field View management protocols.
* Assist and oversee the Site Team with capturing the information needed for Field View.
* Communicate expectations for Field View management clearly with the site team and subcontractors.
* Ensure that all relevant personnel are up to date with training and using Field View correctly.
* Produce weekly reports of logged information and circulate them.
* Maintain and monitor records properly.
* Ensure proper records are maintained for Field View distribution.
* Report weekly to Line Manager.
* Perform any other reasonable management requests.

Experience:
* Proven experience working with Cloud-Based Field Construction Software.
* Ability to set up new accounts and users.
* Experience in setting up and managing standardized file and directory structures.
* Knowledge and experience with Document Management tools.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Experience in the construction industry.
