About the Role
Are you a self-starter with a hunger for closing deals and a passion for technical solutions? Nomad Cases is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team.
This isn't a "sit behind a desk" role. We need a hunter—someone who can work on their own initiative to identify high-value opportunities while nurturing our existing portfolio of prestigious clients. You will work hand-in-hand with our Marketing team to convert leads into long-term partnerships, ensuring Nomad remains the first choice for premium protection.
What You'll Be Doing
* Drive Growth: Proactively identify and win new business accounts across the UK and beyond.
* Relationship Management: Act as the key point of contact for existing customers, ensuring their equipment is protected by the best in the business.
* Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with the Marketing department to align outreach with our latest product innovations and campaigns.
* Market Expansion: Pitch our hybrid flight case and textile solutions to elite sectors, including Formula 1, Film & TV Production, and Live Events.
* End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to closing the deal and handover.
Who You Are
* Hungry & Results-Driven: You are motivated by targets and have a "never-give-up" attitude.
* Independent: You are comfortable working on your own, managing your own diary, and staying disciplined without micro-management.
* A Great Communicator: Whether it's a pit lane in Silverstone or a film set in London, you can talk to anyone and understand their technical needs.
* Experience (The "Bonus" Points): While not essential, we would love to hear from you if you have experience in:
* The Flight Case or Protective Packaging industry.
* High-performance sectors like F1/Motorsport.
* Film, TV, and Broadcast production logistics.
