Our client, a recognised leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales to take charge of their sales operations. Duties:
6. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets
7. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase profitability and market share
8. Foster a positive working culture that encourages accountability and continuous improvement
9. Oversee all sales functions including retail, finance, and administrative operations
10. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and manufacturer requirements
11. Monitor sales performance data to identify trends and areas for enhancement
12. Collaborate closely with senior management to support the dealership’s growth plans
13. Deliver excellent customer experiences that promote customer loyalty and repeat business
Requirements:
14. Significant experience in senior sales management within the motor trade, ideally over five years
15. Proven track record as a General Sales Manager or General Manager in a franchised dealership
16. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
18. Deep understanding of automotive retail processes and customer satisfaction
19. Results-driven and strategic thinker
