Roster Clerk / Administrator
Bedford (Office Based)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Initial 3-Month Contract- rolling
Start Date: Immediate – Start Tomorrow
We are urgently seeking a Roster Clerk to join our Bedford-based team on an initial 3-month contract. This is a time-critical role requiring an immediate start.
This is a full-time, office-based position (35 hours per week), with the requirement to travel to a meeting once every two weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and compliant staff rosters
* Ensure all scheduling aligns with operational and compliance requirements
* Support administrative functions within a compliance-driven environment
* Monitor processes and challenge poor practice where necessary
* Work collaboratively with operational teams to meet deadlines
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Proven experience in an administrative role within a compliance-focused environment
* Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* The ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Confidence, resilience, and a collaborative approach
* Operational awareness with the ability to question and improve processes
* Openness to oversight, assurance, and ongoing development
* Strong computer literacy and adherence to systems and processes
