Your responsibilities will include: Inspecting labels for defects with precision and accuracy Splicing rolls using scissors and tape Setting up and operating multiple slitting units and visual inspection equipment Packing finished products and preparing labels, compliance certificates, and packing lists Performing maintenance on equipment and following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Collaborating with the Inspection Team Leader and Print Trainer, assisting with staff assessments and training What We’re Looking For: A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy IT proficiency, including experience with database systems Strong communication skills to follow both written and verbal instructions Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic A commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards Hours of Work: Work Schedule: 37 Hours Per Week Weekly Rotating Shifts - Early Finish on Fridays! Week 1 – Early Shift - Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 1:45 PM; Friday: 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM Week 2 – Late Shift - Monday to Thursday: 1:30 PM – 9:15 PM; Friday: 11:15 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: £25,000 Benefits: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays Employer Pension contributions of 4% Free Parking Uniform provided (production only) Free hot beverages Free Fruit Additional Information To apply for this role, you must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
