Electrician
Carbon60 is looking to recruit an Electrician to work for one of the leading companies based in North West London.
Role: Electrician
Pay Rate: £23.06 PAYE / £28.79 Umbrella
Job Type: 4 Months (possible extension)
Location: North West London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm, 37 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical testing and inspection works within domestic properties
* Complete fault finding, repairs, and reactive maintenance tasks
* Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and safety standards
* Work within occupied social housing properties professionally and safely
* Accurately complete reports and certification following testing works
* Communicate effectively with tenants, supervisors, and the wider maintenance team
* Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience working in domestic settings/social housing
* City & Guilds 2392 Electrical Testing qualification
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
* Good understanding of electrical regulations and safe working practices
Desirable
* City & Guilds 2391 Electrical Testing & Inspection qualification
* Experience within housing association or local authority contracts
Additional Information
* Basic DBS check required
