This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference to children’s lives and supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation within a school setting. The Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support to pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social skills Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, pastoral staff, and external professionals Implement behaviour support plans and contribute to positive behaviour strategies Act as a consistent, trusted adult for pupils who may struggle with engagement or transitions Support pupils both in and out of the classroom, including during unstructured timesThe Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children with challenging behaviour or SEMH needs (school, care, youth work, or similar settings) Calm, resilient, and patient approach to behaviour support St...
