Permanent : Shifts: 12:hour shifts : 5 shifts in week one, 2 shifts in week two

Key Responsibilities
* Support customs clearance and ferry booking processes for freight clients
* Communicate professionally with customers both face:to:face and over the phone
* Accurately handle data relating to toll tickets, ferry bookings, and customs documentation
* Work closely with a friendly, fast:paced operational team
* Deliver high:quality customer service as part of daily logistics coordination
Ideal Candidate
* Holds a sound educational background
* Has own transport
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Eager to learn and grow within the logistics industry
* Able to follow procedures, take direction, and contribute to a team:focused environment
* No previous experience needed : full training provided in:house
