The Role We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to take ownership of how TentBox shows up across paid social in the UK and EU. You’ll lead the day-to-day performance of our core channels (primarily Meta, with TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit in the mix), owning everything from structure and testing to optimisation and scaling what works. Working closely with our Head of Performance, creative team and wider marketing team, you’ll help turn great ideas into high-performing campaigns that drive real growth. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, perfect for someone who knows that great paid social is all about the balance between sharp execution and standout creative. What you’ll do Channel Ownership & Performance Own paid social performance across all platforms, with a core focus on Meta Manage day-to-day budget allocation of £2.5m, and optimisation across campaigns Take responsibility for delivering against key KPIs including CPA and ROAS across different stages of the funnel Continuously refine account structure to maximise efficiency and scale Creative Strategy & Testing Work closely with the creative team to shape and deliver a high-performing creative strategy Develop and manage a structured creative testing roadmap (hooks, formats, messaging, angles) Ensure we are getting the most out of platform developments such as Andromeda through creative diversity and testing volume Use insights from tools like Motion to inform creative decisions and improve performance Campaign execution & optimisation Oversee campaign builds and execution (supported by Performance Executive) Analyse performance across campaigns and audiences, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale Drive ongoing optimisation across targeting, bidding, creative and placements Cross-channel & Team Collaboration Work closely with: Head of Performance (channel strategy & budget allocation) Creative team (concepts, messaging, execution) Performance Executive (campaign setup and delivery) Support activity across other paid social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit) alongside the wider team Testing & measurement Contribute to and execute structured testing across the funnel Support incrementality testing, brand lift and search uplift studies where required Use platform data and internal reporting to inform decisions and improve performance Landing page & funnel alignment Collaborate with the website and performance teams to ensure landing pages support campaign performance Provide input into funnel improvements based on paid social learnings What success looks like Paid social delivers strong, scalable revenue growth across UK & EU, hitting CPA and ROAS targets Confident ownership of a £2.5m budget, with efficient allocation across funnel stages A high-performing account structure that supports both efficiency and scale A best-in-class creative testing engine is in place, driving consistent performance improvements Clear impact from creative strategy, with winning concepts scaled and iterated quickly Strong utilisation of platform developments (e.g. Andromeda) through creative diversity and volume Continuous optimisation across targeting, bidding, placements and creative Paid social is fully aligned with landing pages and funnel, improving conversion rates Clear testing mindset, contributing to incrementality, lift studies and performance insights Seen internally as the go-to owner of paid social performance, driving both strategy and execution What we’re looking for 3–5 years’ experience in paid social, ideally within eCommerce / DTC Proven ability to manage and scale significant budgets (ideally £1m) Strong understanding of how creative drives performance in modern paid social Experience developing and executing structured creative testing strategies Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimisation skills Comfortable owning channel performance and delivering against revenue targets Able to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience across multiple international markets (FR/DE/EU) is a plus Experience working closely with creative or content teams Exposure to additional platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit) is beneficial Tools & skills Meta Ads Manager — strong hands-on experience Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit ad platforms (nice to have) Familiarity with creative analytics tools (e.g. Motion) Experience with incrementality testing / brand lift studies (nice to have) What we offer Hybrid working options 25 days annual leave bank holidays / pro-rata Private Health Care
