Barista / Food Service Assistant Supervisor - Weekdays Only
Location: Bournemouth, BH7 7DA
Pay: £12.90 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
(Shifts between 7:00am - 6:00pm)
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Barista / Food Service Assistant Supervisor to lead a small front-of-house team in our busy on-site coffee shop in Bournemouth. If you're passionate about great coffee, excellent service, and enjoy leading by example - this could be your next opportunity.
What you'll be doing:
* Supervising and supporting a small front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
* Handcrafting a range of beverages to brand standards
* Serving customers at the till with energy and professionalism
* Opening and setting up the coffee shop for daily success
* Carrying out stock ordering and regular stocktakes
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
What we're looking for:
* Previous barista experience is essential
* Understanding of food safety standards
* Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred
* Hospitality background is desirable
* Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach
* Full vetting will be required
