Role Purpose
To provide support to the Sales team (selected National Account Managers and Senior Sales colleagues) to ensure the sales function's activity is efficient and focused.
Principal Accountabilities
* To provide the sales team with administrative and co-ordination support.
* To coordinate the admin associated with product launches.
* To provide admin and pricing support to the Export Nam.
* To manage the sales inquiries
* To co-ordinate and attend sales meetings
* To co-ordinate SOS and any other clearance stock. Liaising with finance, production, sales and marketing to produce WIGIG lists and offer to clearance customers
* To be first point of contact for members of the public calling customer service.
* Other tasks as occasionally requested by your Line Manager.

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong communication skills
* Strong spreadsheet and word processing skills.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests potentially at short notice.
* Good understanding of customer base and product range.
* Basic commercial understanding.
