EU Regional Sales Manager
* Basic Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 + Additional Bonus

This is a senior, commercially significant role within the European commercial helicopter market.
You will take ownership of the full European territory for a globally respected aerospace manufacturer. Your decisions will directly influence regional revenue, long-term operator partnerships, and the company's strategic footprint across Europe. This role is oftentimes the linchpin in this companies European operations.

Our client is a global designer and manufacturer of certified helicopter solutions, supporting civil and military operators internationally.
Their portfolio includes mission equipment, structural components, and aftermarket systems used by major rotorcraft OEMs, completion centres, and operators worldwide.

What You Bring
* 8+ years within the helicopter or wider aviation sector
* International sales or strategic account management experience
* Strong understanding of operator buying cycles and aftermarket decision-making
* Experience working with CAA, EASA, FAA, Part 145, AS130 and other relevant certifications and regulations
* Experience negotiating complex, technical agreements
* Commercial confidence around pricing, margins, and risk
* Helicopter industry knowledge a requirement
* Field background such as pilot, maintenance, or engineering is advantageous
Most importantly, you bring credibility. You are comfortable speaking to technical directors, fleet managers, procurement leaders, engineers and pilots in the hanger.
