The Role
We are looking for an experienced MSK Sports Therapist / Sports Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team.
This is not a new graduate role.
You will be stepping into:
* A clinic with consistent patient flow

You will be expected to:
* Work independently and as part of the team
* Communicate clearly and confidently with patients
* Take ownership of patient outcomes
* Build and manage your own caseload
This role would suit someone looking to develop their within a structured clinic environment and play a big part in a team focused on achieving long-term patient outcomes.
How We Work
We don’t operate a reactive, session-by-session model.
We guide patients through structured plans of care.
This involves:
* Clear assessment and diagnosis
* Explaining findings and expectations
* Recommending appropriate treatment plans
* Supporting patients through to completion
We utilise a range of treatment methods and services, but always as part of a structured plan—not as standalone treatments.
Our goal is not just to reduce pain, but to support long-term health, strength and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
* Assessing, diagnosing and treating MSK conditions
* Delivering hands‑on treatment alongside structured rehabilitation
* Explaining diagnoses and treatment plans clearly
* Recommending and guiding patients through plans of care
* Supporting patients beyond injury into long‑term health and activity
* Working collaboratively with the team to deliver a high standard of care
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years MSK clinical experience
* Ability to assess, diagnose and treat independently
* Confidence in recommending and guiding treatment plans
* Strong manual therapy and exercise rehab skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to take ownership of patient outcomes
* Comfortable working within a structured, outcome-focused clinic
* A mindset focused on long-term health, not just short‑term symptom relief
Qualifications & Experience
* UK‑recognised BSc or MSc in Sports Therapy / Sports Rehabilitation (or equivalent)
* Membership with a relevant professional body (e.g. SST, BASRaT or equivalent)
* Experience delivering both hands‑on treatment and exercise‑based rehabilitation
* Commitment to ongoing CPD and professional development
