What youll be doing...
1. Working closely with the Regional Head of Estates and Estates Managers to support mineral and land acquisition and development.
2. Understanding and working to planning consents for mineral working, ancillary, and added-value operations.
3. Supporting rental enhancement and built development opportunities, ensuring compliance with planning and tenure agreements.
4. Gaining insight into land and mineral ownership, landlord-tenant relationships, and town & country planning policy.
5. Managing landlord and tenant relationships.
6. Preparing and reviewing planning applications, including consultant reports.
