What We Offer • Earn £14.80 – £16.59 per hour on weekdays (including holiday pay) • Earn £15.30 – £17.15 per hour on weekends (including holiday pay) • Paid induction training and shadowing programme (£230) • Mileage paid at £0.35 per mile • Flexible working patterns to suit your availability • Ongoing training and career development opportunities • Friendly, supportive management team • Access to Mental Health First Aider support • Enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays About the Role As a Care Assistant, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by: • Providing personal care and medication assistance • Preparing meals and helping with light household duties • Offering companionship and emotional support • Assisting with appointments, shopping, and community activities • Travelling between clients' homes across the Gosport area What We're Looking For • A kind, compassionate, and dependable attitude • Availability for morning, evening, or split shifts • At least 25 hours of availability per week • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle • The right to work in the UK (please note sponsorship is not available) • Previous care experience is welcome, but not essential as full training is provided Why Choose Us?
