In our team you will:

1. Work for tier-1 clients across industry sectors - helping them turn their cloud strategy into reality.

2. Help design and deliver transformative cloud solutions - from migrating legacy applications onto Cloud, to building innovative, new cloud-native applications.

3. Continue to learn and grow - we actively encourage and support continuous learning and certification.

4. Serve as a cloud evangelist, educating customers on the value Cloud computing can bring to transform their business.

In your role as an Associate Manager you will:

5. Design and implement AWS workloads using modern cloud patterns such as serverless, containerised, and microservices architectures.

6. Develop scalable application solutions aligned with best practice for performance, resilience, and cost efficiency.

7. Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to support rapid delivery.

8. Apply cloud security principles, including identity and access management, encryption, and compliance controls.

9. Optimise architectures for scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.

10. Produce high-quality design documentation and contribute to architecture reviews.

11. Execute testing strategies for functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability).

12. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver robust, cloud-first solutions.

We are looking for the following:

Experience

13. Significant hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using AWS cloud services.

Certification & Education

14. AWS Professional and/or Associate certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).

15. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Business Architecture

16. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure cloud architectures.

17. Experience in cost optimisation and familiarity with cloud best practices.

Data & AI Architecture

18. Strong understanding of data platforms and analytics solutions.

19. Experience designing AI/ML-driven solutions and data lifecycle management.

Application Architecture

20. Proficiency in designing application workloads using modern cloud patterns (e.g., serverless, containerised, microservices).

21. Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Security Architecture

22. Deep knowledge of identity, access management, encryption, and compliance frameworks.

23. Ability to implement security best practices across cloud environments.

Integration Architecture

24. Understanding of integration patterns and event-driven architectures.

25. Ability to design APIs and hybrid connectivity solutions.

Non-Functional Requirements

26. Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable solutions.

27. Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies.

28. Ability to design for performance, resilience, and observability.

29. Familiarity with monitoring and optimisation practices.

Governance & Compliance

30. Awareness of cloud governance, account management, and compliance standards.

31. Ability to enforce auditing and cost allocation strategies.

It would be advantageous to have:


Advanced Certification

32. AWS Specialty certifications (e.g., Advanced Networking, Machine Learning, Security).

Multi-Cloud

33. Advantageous to have experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).

As a Data & AI Specialist, we are also looking for the following:

34. Deep understanding of AWS data services (e.g. Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB, Lake Formation).

35. Experience building data lakes and analytics pipelines (e.g. Glue, Kinesis, EMR).

36. Experience delivering AI/ML solutions (e.g. Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, Rekognition).

37. Ability to design data governance and lifecycle management strategies for compliance and scalability.

38. Knowledge of real-time and batch data processing patterns for large-scale analytics.
