Role Overview
We are now seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, sales-focused, and confident Property Manager / Lettings Negotiator to join this forward-thinking Lettings Agency in Newcastle.
Compensation and Benefits

Working Hours
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
* Handling property enquiries
* Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective tenants
* Entering into negotiations to secure leases on properties in the portfolio
* Managing legal documentation
* Working with landlords to manage their properties professionally and efficiently
* Managing tenant queries and support
* Managing the delivery of property maintenance
* Carrying out property inspections in line with tenancy requirements
* Working with the marketing team on ongoing campaigns across multiple channels to successfully let the portfolio
Qualifications
* Exceptional and proven sales skills with a background in lettings
* A strong customer focus
* A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
* Desire to exceed targets
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle
