The role

An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Recruitment Communications Officer inthe Fostering Service, based in Shrewsbury. This role will support the Marketing andEvents Manager to provide excellent engagement of new and existing foster carers,creating, supporting & administering the recruitment processes and assisting inmarketing campaign delivery.

We are looking for a marketer who has enthusiasm, positivity, the abilityto work to tight timescales and a commitment to contributing to the promotion ofthe fostering service. The suitable candidate will have 2+ years of marketingexperience, including social media content creation and monitoring, video filming &editing, e-newsletters and database management. Attention to detail and excellentcopywriting skills are must-haves. The suitable candidate will be organised andconfident in engaging new enquirers, talking them through our recruitment process.
