Administration Coordinator £14.75 per hour Temporary (6-month Contract) 37 hours per week Wrexham The role: An experienced Administration Coordinator is required to deliver support within an educational institution. Responsibilities of the Administration Coordinator: Act as first point of contact for enquiries, providing guidance or escalation as needed. Provide operational support to Teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and tracking actions. Maintain systems for managing business activities and accurate data handling. Support health and safety compliance and provide secretarial support for related committees. Support scheduling of activities and engagement initiatives. Provide support for development projects and associated committees, including procurement and financial tasks. Coordinate and provide secretarial support for committees and working groups. The Candidate: The successfully appointed Administration Coordinator will have the following skills and abilities: Clear, professional written and verbal communication for liaising with colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate records. Build positive relationships and working collaboratively across teams. Resolve queries, providing guidance, and escalating issues appropriately. Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with data management systems. Agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking. Understand GDPR, health and safety, procurement, and risk management. Support projects, managing timelines, and handling procurement tasks. Suggest improvements and working effectively with leadership teams.
