In just 3 years, we've grown from 0 to 150,000+ customers, and influencer marketing is one of our most important growth channels going forward. Now, we're looking for a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of this channel and scale it to the next level.
Tasks
As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will own the influencer channel end-to-end, from strategy to execution to optimization.
Develop and execute a clear influencer marketing strategy aligned with Skinnify's growth goals
Source, recruit, and manage creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Build and scale programs using impact, LTK, ShopMy, etc.
Identify high-performing creators and turn them into long-term brand partners
Manage influencer contracts, payouts, tracking links, and performance reporting
Collaborate closely with paid media, content, and creative teams
Analyze performance (ROI, CPA, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns
Stay on top of influencer, UGC, and social commerce trends
Ensure brand alignment, authenticity, and compliance across all partnerships
Requirements
Proven experience in influencer marketing for DTC e-commerce brands
Hands-on experience with impact, LTK, and/or ShopMy
Strong strategic thinking - you know how to scale influencer programs profitably
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance metrics
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns
Self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done
