Key Account Specialist Online EMEA (m/f/x)
In this role, you will support the Key Account Manager in developing the business with our Digital Key Accounts. This involves coordinating promotional activities, identifying opportunities, and preparing customer meetings. Working collaboratively with multiple departments, this role requires a high degree of communication with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
Work-life balance is important to us here at Fossil, with this role, you will be able to take advantage of our agile working policy, our core hours are Monday to Friday 10 am - 3 pm beyond this you can work your hours to suit you. We have just moved into a brand new office in the heart of Milton Keynes next to centre:MK and our global working policy is working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
What You'll Do:
- Support the key account management of online accounts on Amazon Europe/Middle East, Zalando (B2B & B2C), and ASOS for watches, jewellery, and leather goods.
- Manage deal arrangements for key promotional periods like Prime Day, Black Friday, including proposal, funding/margin calculations, inventory securing, debit note monitoring, and sales performance reporting.
- Select and propose products for merchandising purposes, collaborating closely with the content team to ensure timely introduction of newness and up-to-date content.
- Support the digital marketing team in optimizing their tactics.
- Build, onboard, and maintain the B2C assortment on marketplaces, collaborating with the marketplace aggregator, Zalando Partner Program, and Fulfillment team.
- Ensure a smooth replenishment process through our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) team.
- Conduct sales analysis and support in preparing meetings with assigned customers.
- Support operational processes and contribute to further improving/streamlining the way of working.
Who We're Looking For:
- Highly effective written and verbal communicator.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on sales reports.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- High degree of self-motivation and adaptability to change.
- Business fluent in English is a must; additional languages preferred.
- Experience in 1P and/or 3P marketplaces.
- Develop a strong understanding of products, categories, and brands.
