Location: Hybrid / Ringwood, Hampshire
Hours: 37¼ hours per week Monday – Friday (between 9.00am – 6.00pm)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (D.O.E) + Annual Company Bonus

The Role: Your Impact
In this role, you will be the voice of the business, delivering professional and empathetic service across multiple platforms, including calls, webchats, and tickets. Your focus will be on building lasting client relationships and providing clarity on complex queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Multichannel Support - Managing customer queries promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings and meet strict SLAs.
* Compliance & Excellence - Adhering to strict regulatory standards, quality protocols, and data protection requirements.
* Problem Solving - Making confident decisions to resolve issues and provide the right solutions for customers with unique insurance needs.
* Operational Accuracy - Prioritising accuracy in data entry and maintaining competence through ongoing training and professional development.
