Warehouse & Facilities Manager
We are seeking a hands-on, highly organised Warehouse & Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and premises. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is detail-driven, and has a strong understanding of logistics, inventory, and facilities management.

The Warehouse & Facilities Manager plays a critical role in supporting the smooth delivery of events by overseeing warehouse operations and facility maintenance. From managing equipment logistics to maintaining a clean, functional workspace, the Warehouse & Facilities Manager is the backbone of operational readiness. Working closely with production, operations, and logistics teams, this person is responsible for creating a streamlined, well-organised environment that allows event teams to execute flawless productions on time and on budget.
Warehouse Operations
Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, organising, storing, and dispatching event production equipment.
Ensure equipment is well-maintained, cleaned, tested, and ready for deployment.
Implement and maintain an efficient inventory management system with real-time tracking.
Manage packing lists and load plans to ensure accurate and timely delivery to event sites.
Coordinate logistics for load-in/load-out of trucks and manage shipping/receiving schedules.
Facilities Management
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the warehouse and office facilities.
Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs for the building, tools, vehicles, and specialised equipment.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and task lists, ensuring deadlines are met.
Lead and manage warehouse staff, freelance crew, and casual labour during busy periods.
Provide training on proper handling, storage, and maintenance of equipment.
Asset Management:
Track usage and condition of assets and identify when replacements or repairs are needed.
Assist in planning capital expenditures for tools, equipment, and facility upgrades.
3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or facilities management experience—preferably in live events, AV production, or related industries.
~ Strong knowledge of inventory software, asset tracking, and general warehouse best practices.
~ Familiarity with rigging, staging, lighting, audio, or video equipment is a strong plus.
~ Valid driver’s license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
~ Able to lift and move heavy equipment, work at heights, and operate standard warehouse tools safely.
The ideal candidate is a dependable, self-motivated leader with a strong background in warehouse and facilities management—particularly in environments where equipment must be event-ready and treated as mission-critical. You are just as comfortable working on the warehouse floor as you are overseeing scheduling, safety protocols, and logistics planning. Knowledge of health and safety in particular warehouse safety standards.
Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new warehouse/inventory systems.
This is a permanent, full-time position working primarily in 21CC Group with support across our other associated companies.
~ Flexible working hours with core hours from 10 am – 4 pm each working day.
~31 days of holiday per year (including bank holidays) – 5 allocated by the company.

32k - £36k based on experience and a 40-hour working week.
