The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels across sites, acting as a key contact point for stock and supply requirements while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You will oversee day-to-day stores activities, manage inventory, support site engineering needs, and facilitate effective communication between suppliers and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include supporting audit processes, manage storage systems, and ensure timely procurement of critical items within a complex multi-business environment.
You will have the following qualifications & experience:
Proven experience in stock management, inventory control, or store operations within industrial or manufacturing sectors
Extensive knowledge of safety systems, quality standards (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015), and inventory management systems
Track record of effectively supporting engineering and maintenance activities with critical spare parts
Ability to manage supplier relationships and optimise logistics and supply chain operations
