Job Title: Shift Leader at Lidl
Salary: £29,000 - £36,000 per annum | Hours: 8-hour shifts between 09:00 - 19:30 | Contract: 12-month fixed-term | Holidays: 30-35 days (pro rata) | Benefits: 10% in-store discount, ongoing training

Role Overview: As a Shift Leader, you will oversee operations in one of our 14 warehouses, leading by example. Your responsibilities include managing opening, running, and closing shifts, training new staff, and supporting your team to ensure effective teamwork and motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop your team through coaching and training.
2. Lead your shift, overseeing team performance and operations.
3. Collaborate with other Shift Leaders and departments to ensure smooth operations.
4. Support the Department Manager with daily tasks and personnel management.
5. Create a positive environment aligned with our Leadership & Company Principles.
6. Mentor colleagues and support ongoing training.
7. Identify and promote efficient working methods.
8. Perform warehouse duties such as stock movement, picking, and processing returns.
