What You'll Do: Play a key role in maintaining high standards across specialist GMP/GxP environments, including laboratories and manufacturing areas Carry out daily cleaning tasks and scheduled deep cleans with precision, ensuring strict cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met Follow SOPs, COSHH guidance, and GMP/GxP regulations confidently, completing all required documentation accurately Proactively report any issues, deviations, or equipment faults to the Supervisor or Customer Service Manager Complete all required training and use appropriate PPE to ensure you work safely and compliantly at all times Build professional, positive relationships with customers on site, responding promptly to queries and supporting a well-managed, compliant environment What You Bring: Bring your experience from cleaning roles within regulated or controlled environments such as pharmaceutical, laboratory, or manufacturing settings — where your knowledge and professionalism truly make an impact Take pride in delivering exceptional standards in environments where quality and compliance really matter, while providing a professional and customer-focused service Use your strong communication skills and proactive approach to build positive working relationships on site Apply your attention to detail and understanding of COSHH and GMP/GxP regulations with confidence, knowing your expertise helps maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace Continue developing your knowledge within a structured environment that values accuracy, safety, and high standards Whatwe offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
