Engineering Manager

Location: Manchester (2 - 3 days a month in the office).
Salary: £65,000 – £85,000 depending on experience.
Are you an experienced line manager with a passion for helping engineers grow and teams thrive? A leading technology company is looking for a Non-Technical Engineering Manager to support the success and development of two highly collaborative engineering teams. This is an opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organisation that combines modern engineering practices with a strong people-first culture.
You will be managing a team of 8-16 direct reports, who are all technical staff.
