Responsibilities:
1. Lead the store team to achieve sales and operational targets
2. Deliver outstanding customer service through coaching and daily support
3. Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development
4. Ensure high standards in visual merchandising and presentation
5. Handle store administration, reporting, and cash management processes
6. Take responsibility for store security and serve as a keyholder
7. Support wider business initiatives and occasionally assist other stores
What We're Looking For:
8. 2+ years of Store Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
9. Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
10. Commercially minded with the ability to analyse performance and drive results
11. A hands-on, calm, and solutions-focused approach
12. Passionate about interiors, lifestyle products, and visual presentation
