This role is ideal if you're looking for evening & weekend work
We are specifically looking for team members who can support our late shifts and alternate weekends. These shifts are essential to our service and valued highly within our team.
Available shifts include:
* 4:00pm – 10:00pm (evenings)
* 7:00am – 4:00pm
* 7:00am – 2:00pm
Evening availability is essential
Every other weekend required
Ideal for those wanting part‑time or full‑time hours, including work around daytime commitments
To join us, you'll need to:
* Commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week
* Be happy to work a mix of earlies and lates, or predominantly lates
* Be available every other weekend
We're clear about this from the start — because we value honesty, fairness, and strong teamwork.
Where you'll be working
You'll support people in Tiverton and surrounding areas, including nearby villages and rural communities.
Local rounds help you build real relationships and deliver consistent, high‑quality care where it's needed most.
What you'll be doing
You'll provide kind, respectful, person‑centred care in people's own homes, helping them remain independent and comfortable — especially during evenings and weekends when support is vital.
Your role may include:
* Friendly, dignified personal care
* Meal preparation and medication support
* Light household tasks
* Recording visits easily using the user friendly care app
No previous care experience? Absolutely fine.
