Duties
* Engage with customers by providing professional and tailored vehicle demonstrations
* Educate clients on the features and benefits of cars within the dealership's range
* Build and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business
* Schedule test drives and guide customers seamlessly through the sales process
* Support the wider sales team in meeting monthly and annual targets
* Follow up on customer inquiries and manage prospects effectively
* Keep up-to-date with current vehicle specifications and industry developments
Requirements
* Previous experience in car sales or a similar retail sales environment
* Minimum of one year's experience in customer-facing sales roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach
* Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
* Enthusiastic, motivated, and goal-oriented individual
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and participate in a Sunday rota
