Prestigious security company based in Loughborough are looking for a Sales Administrator to join them on a temporary basis.
Working as of the friendly and vibrant team, you will be required to process new orders, from adding them to the company computer system, ordering parts to co-ordinating deliveries.
Responsibilities:-
* Processing of new orders
* Purchasing of products
* Co-Ordinating of deliveries
* Meeting deadlines
* Deal with any problems
Requirements:-
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent administration skills
* Understanding of company ordering systems
* Purchasing experience
* Friendly, approachable and “can do” attitude
* Team player
* Great attention to detail
* Able to meet deadlines
Hours of work: 8:30am – 17:00pm, working Monday to Friday
