Your Impact in This SEMH Teaching Assistant Role:

* Help pupils develop emotional regulation skills and positive coping strategies
* Promote positive behaviour through restorative and consistent approaches
* Build strong, trusting relationships that encourage engagement and confidence
* Support access to the curriculum and maintain focus during lessons
* Implement and contribute to behaviour support plans and EHCPs
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and inclusion staff
* Monitor and record pupil progress, wellbeing, and behaviour
* Help maintain a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment

* Passionate about supporting young people in education
* Ability to commute to Dunstable
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs is desirable, but not essential. What matters most is your dedication, compassion, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Receive:

* Weekly pay of £460-£500
* A supportive and collaborative team environment
* Excellent facilities and structured systems of support
* Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
* Valuable hands-on experience within the education sector
* The chance to make a meaningful impact every single day
