Key responsibilities
* Raising purchase orders and sending them to suppliers
* Ordering tools and materials to meet operational requirements
* Communicating with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery updates
* Tracking orders and chasing any delayed or outstanding deliveries
* Updating and maintaining accurate supplier information
* Supporting stock control and inventory processes
* Receiving deliveries and logging goods on arrival
* Handling incoming calls and responding to emails
* General administrative support to ensure smooth day to day operations
* Assisting with basic purchase order and delivery checks when required
