Job Summary
Together We Care are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide personalised, in-home care for an autistic client based in BD1. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support within the client’s home environment, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall wellbeing.
The successful candidate will be flexible and reliable, with availability to work across a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights, in line with the client’s care needs.

Main Responsibilities
•Assist the client around the house and ensuring floors are clear and safe for crawling), while respecting their dignity, comfort, and independence
•Encourage interaction through simple, enjoyable activities such as colouring together, watching TV, and engaging at the client’s pace and preference
•Provide gentle, respectful help with daily personal care tasks (e.g. hygiene, dressing), ensuring privacy and promoting the client’s independence where possible
•Support light household tasks such as tidying up, keeping spaces accessible for safe movement, and maintaining a calm, structured home setting
