Based at Hinkley Point A, this role places you at the heart of site delivery. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative team where safety, reliability and performance are paramount, supporting operations, maintenance and projects to deliver work safely and efficiently. What will you be doing
* Creating and maintaining robust short and medium term work plans that support safe and efficient delivery
* Coordinating weekly execution plans so all prerequisites are in place before work starts
* Integrating operational, maintenance, project and contract activities into a realistic, deliverable schedule
* Monitoring progress, managing change and escalating risks or constraints at the right time

Highly organised and naturally collaborative, you’re comfortable engaging with a wide range of technical stakeholders and balancing competing priorities in a safety‑critical setting. You understand that great delivery starts well before work begins, with thorough planning, clear communication and attention to detail.
