Overview
We are seeking a Technical Administrator to support document control and data management activities in a busy environment. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused, and confident working with both digital and paper records.
Key Responsibilities
1. Uploading and maintaining digital files and records
2. Organising and archiving documents (paper and electronic)
3. Retrieving and distributing files across teams
4. Checking and updating documentation for accuracy
5. Scanning and verifying document quality
6. Processing data requests and tracking document usage
7. Supporting improvements to filing systems
8. General data entry, typing, and admin support
Knowledge & Experience:
9. Office or clerical experience
10. Familiarity with file management systems (desirable)
Skills:
11. Strong organisation and attention to detail
12. Good data entry and MS Office skills
13. Discretion and confidentiality
14. Effective communication skills
Qualifications:
15. High school education (or equivalent) – Expected
16. Basic MS Office knowledge – Expected
