Dexters are a long established and successful London-centered estate agency with 150+ retail outlets. We seek an experienced L&T surveyor to join the friendly team dealing with mostly retail rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of the group. A chartered surveyor would be an advantage but not strictly necessary but must have a strong background of Landlord and Tenant legislation. This is an in-house role developing and maintaining a strong base of internal and external contacts requiring the collating of evidence and compiling pre-negotiation and advisory work reports, negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders and re-gears.
Location: Hampton Hill / London
Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Requirements:
* Experience in lease consultancy is preferred.
* Strong eagerness to enter the property sector.
* RICS qualification is preferable.
* Driving license and own car are advantageous; willingness to travel across London is essential.
