Weekend Control Room Operative
Location: Wigan Hours: 24 hours per week* Salary: £15,862 per annum / £12.71 per hour

We are looking for highly customer-focused individuals to join our existing Customer Service Team in Wigan. As a Control Room Operative, you will provide professional and helpful responses to customers whilst maintaining the highest service standards. *Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday (08:00-20:00)
What you’ll do
1. Take inbound telephone calls
2. Respond to email enquiries
3. Take intercom calls
4. Ensure the accuracy of information provided is paramount
5. Certify accuracy and a high attention to details
