Key Responsibilities
As a Major Account Manager, you will be central to our membership relationships. Your role involves face-to-face engagement and innovative problem-solving to ensure our members feel supported and valued. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, collaborating with various departments within Logistics UK.
1. Grow Membership & Revenue: Drive new memberships, upsell, cross-sell, and secure renewals.
2. Manage Key Accounts: Retain and expand a portfolio of members, fostering long-term relationships.
3. Identify Opportunities: Generate leads, support contract transitions, and increase engagement.
4. Financial Oversight: Manage contracts, renewals, and resolve invoice queries efficiently.
5. Track Performance: Maintain CRM records, present updates, and support marketing initiatives.
6. Industry Representation: Attend events, share best practices, and uphold Logistics UK's reputation.
Requirements
We seek someone enthusiastic, confident, and target-focused, with a proven ability to achieve results. The ideal candidate will have:
