The Cleaning Technician is responsible for the cleaning & maintenance (reactive and preventative) on SF and LF Roadside Assets What you'll be doing Carry out both planned and reactive cleaning and maintenance to JCDecaux assets, including conditional Inspections and refurbishments. Promptly and accurately report any damage to the company assets and repair within agreed SLA. Ensure vehicle is correctly stocked with tools and equipment for the tasks and kept in good working order. Produce a high-quality standard of work on each asset attended. Report any hazards to site area following the correct procedure. Health and Safety Work to agreed SLAs and defined quality standards Work within the safe systems of work Work within Health & Safety guidelines ensuring that any accidents, hazards and near misses are reported immediately Ensure all operational practices comply with current Health and Safety regulations. Undertake reasonable lifting duties. Comfortable with high level working – working at heights within safety guidelines. Ensure that the correct PPE is worn when necessary. Other Develop a good understanding of the industry. Able to work with different systems. Adhere to stores booking in/out and stock management procedures. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a company vehicle and ensure all relevant documentation is kept updated and filed safely. Experience Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience directly involved in trouble shooting, preferably within field repair of electro mechanical systems and equipment Basic electrical/pneumatic understanding/competency Qualifications GSSE Maths, English or equivalent.
