Main Duties of the Role
* Adhere to the NMC Code as a named nurse, overseeing patient care and modeling professionalism.
* Develop leadership within Oncology Outpatients, managing daily operations and supporting Trust targets.
* Facilitate effective communication and represent the unit in meetings.
* Implement RUH Nursing and cancer strategies, improving practices based on research.
* Mentor staff and provide clinical expertise in Oncology Outpatients.
