Performance Objectives Deliver the site engineering strategy, ensuring production runs efficiently, reliably, and on target Maintain and enhance technical capabilities across electrical, mechanical, and automation systems Diagnose faults across electrical control systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens) Carry out mechanical maintenance on pumps, valves etc Ensure compliance with H&S, steam systems, effluent processes, and all relevant regulatory requirements Balance reactive and proactive tasks, contributing to preventative maintenance (PM) completion and GMP standards Person Specification Experience in fast-moving, clean, high-tech production BRC regulated industry Strong technical competency in both electrical (PLC, drives, automation) and mechanical systems (pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, valves, thermal processes) The ability to diagnose faults, prioritize effectively, and know when to seek support A proactive and independent mindset, with the confidence to share your ideas and challenge existing processes Qualifications: Apprenticeship (Electrical or Mechanical), BTEC/C&G in Engineering, H&S qualification Knowledge of Asbestos, Legionella, DSEAR, and Pressure Systems Effluent/Water Treatment/DAF Plant experience highly desireable Apply To apply, please send your CV via the Apply Now option.
