Due to ongoing business growth, Safe Environment now require a part time Exec Assistant/PA to observe and report on day to day performance, assist with finance/HR and key accounts, and support/assist the Managing Director.
The role will report to the Managing Director and assist various areas within the business. The successful candidate will be based primarily from our Edinburgh Park office.
The role & it's responsibilities:
- Reporting on the office administration team and the daily/weekly tasks - Invoicing via Quickbooks/Xero - Allocation of payments via Quickbooks/Xero - Processing of supplier invoices via Quickbooks/Xero - Issuing purchase orders via Quickbooks/Xero - PA support to Director and population of reports - Population & quality checking reports - Assisting the Directors in day to day duties - Supporting the office Admin Team in their roles - Human Resource Assistance & handling confidential information - Assisting with Payroll & Book Keeping - Marketing & Business Development - Supporting the operations team with planning & scheduling of works, associated appointments and booking required sub-contractors - Ordering consumables/supplies
