We’re looking to hire a Learning Experience Design Lead to join our growing Bespoke Content team. You’ll co-lead a multi-disciplinary Learning Design squad, and play a pivotal role in shaping learner-centric, innovative learning experiences for a broad range of clients. What will you do? As our Learning Experience Design Lead, you will provide strategic insight across multiple projects, ensure quality and consistency in the work produced, and support and inspire the team around you. You will: Lead and motivate a squad of Content Developers, Visual Designers, and other digital learning specialises to create and deliver best-in-class learning solutions Collaborate closely with Presales, Project Management, any other internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment Champion innovation and excellence in learning design across the team Work hands-on, developing learning concepts and storyboards with learning methodologies and behavioural theory at their core Translate proposals into clear creative direction briefs for the studio team, collaborating closely throughout development to provide guidance and quality oversight Drive team members success through regular coaching, feedback, and support Who are we looking for? You’re an experienced Learning Experience Designer with a proven track record in digital and blended learning. You’ll have a passion for inspiring others, building trusted client relationships, and shaping high-quality learning solutions. You will bring: Significant experience in LXD or instructional design, across both digital and blended formats Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading creative teams Excellent storytelling and client-facing communication abilities Deep understanding of learning theory and instructional design methodologies Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other learning design tools An analytical mindset with the ability to propose resonant learning solutions Background in both agency and client-side environments would be an advantage!
