Located on the iconic quayside in the centre of Padstow, our beautiful new restaurant is ready to serve guests all day. We have taken our famous love of cider and pizza and added a few dishes to the menu so that we can open our doors all day. Great breckie, banging pizza and a drinks line up for the ages.
We make dough fresh each day, top it with the best local ingredients and serve it along side a banging drinks list that is constantly evolving. We are obsessed about doing everything properly and don’t believe in cutting corners, if this sounds like something you could get on board with then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for running day to day operational aspects of the restaurant as though it were your own. This includes supporting the GM in recruitment, training, stock management, sales and labour forecasting, cash management and all aspects of health and safety. But first and foremost running great shifts on the floor and giving our guests fantastic service will always be your priority.
