Your role should be enjoyable and challenging. It requires you to work within the GSO AGT SD&C organisation as well as various interfaces within Siemens Energy. Efficient time management and independent work are essential due to the global nature of our team. Think outside-the-box to develop sales opportunities for key SGT- A65 products, review value propositions, pricing strategies and support launch of new products introductions (NPI) plus many more tasks. You maybe asked to travel for both internal and external meetings, so flexibility and schedule planning are important.

How You’ll Make An Impact

* Support the evaluation of the newly developed products market penetration and value added to customers.
* Build close working relationships with sales teams (PCC and Regional), A65 portfolio and Project Management to help develop and support AGT A65 Global sales pipeline.
* Work with AGT PLC Product Management and Product Strategy to support regional, market specific and global SGT-A65 strategies.
* Develop Indicative Pricing Documents for SGT- A45/A65 mods and ups opportunity development.
* Work closely with Commercialisation Manager to develop and launch new SGT-A65 products into the market, identify launch customers, assist Marketing Manager with marketing campaigns, marketing material & value proposition for the product and service offering.
* Support training to Regional Entity Sales teams globally on existing AGT products/services, new products, business operations, capabilities and operating model etc…

What You Bring

* Someone that enjoys working in an environment where there are always challenges but knowing the team is open and enthusiastically supportive of each other.
* An innovative, systematic, and logical approach to problem solving.
* Someone with strong presentation skills and experience collaborating with external companies, management, engineering, and senior management for strategy approvals.
* Ability to manage multiple projects (of varying complexity) simultaneously with available support functions.
* Ideally, experience in the SGT- A45/A65 product to help develop opportunities and project strategies.
* Experience in Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation market and preferably Turbomachinery industry in Sales or Sales support / marketing function.

About The Team
You will join a dynamic and globally based GSO AGT SD&C team. This team´s role is to support commercialization of all new AGT products being developed, analyze the global market and impact for AGT products, support product knowledge sharing outside of AGT, sales opportunity development, marketing of products, and conference support along with many other tasks within GSO AGT.
