1. Provide high-quality support services to internal and external clients, including managing Workplace Support services such as mail, maintenance, and floor checks.
2. Ensure compliance with statutory building tests and health & safety standards, including ISO 14001.
3. Supervise Workplace Assistants, set goals, and conduct regular meetings.
4. Maintain a professional and efficient workplace environment, focusing on service delivery and continuous improvement.
